Surrounded by nature, forests, running trails and walking paths. Very close to the center in one of the most popular residential areas in Tübingen. Unrestricted parking in front of the house. Bus stop close by. Line 9 drive in 10 minutes to Central Station. The historic old town and the center can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.
