It lies at the end of a quiet side valley on a large estate, directly overlooking the mountains of the Black Forest. The house consists of two separate apartments, each with five beds. The ground-floor apartment has a large entrance room with wardrobe, two living rooms, three bedrooms, a dining area and kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living area consists of a 280 square foot living room and a 150 square foot large reading room. There are two double rooms and one single bed room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dish washer, grill and microwave. Also included are a Stereo, CD / DVD player, SAT-TV and internet (WiFi). The apartment is surrounded by a sunny terrace. Parking directly in front of the house. Washer and dryer in basement.
