It lies at the end of a quiet side valley on a large estate, directly overlooking the mountains of the Black Forest. The house consists of two separate apartments, each with five beds. The apartment on the first floor (Gunzenbach 2) has a spacious living area of about 35 square meters and three bedrooms with a total of five beds.
In the lounge, there is a large sitting area that can be made as a sofa-bed. The bedrooms are divided into two double rooms and one single bedrooms. The apartment has a large, open, modern kitchen, located in the center of the apartment. There is a modern bathroom with bath, toilet and separate shower. In the dressing room area is an additional guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, grill and microwave. The apartment has a stereo, CD / DVD player, TV with satellite system and an internet connection (WLAN). There are car parking spaces at the house. In the basement there is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
