Unfortunately, we do not have any relationship to Baumholder. But I would recommend that you contact the community association - www.vgv-baumholder.de. On this website you will find e-mail contact and phone numbers. My husband just told me that he knows a linden festival in Baumholder. This is put on every year by the volunteer fire department of the city of Baumholder and this year it takes place on Friday, 27 of June 2014. There shouldn't be a historical background to this festival, it just has this name from the linden trees on the square where it is held.   Contact: Volunteer Fire Department Eckhard Schneider Goethe Strasse 4a 55774 Baumholder Phone: 0 67 83-21 15 Fax: 0 67 83-40 60
