Gersbach is a picturesque farming village above Todtmoos and Schopfheim. It has a great view of the surrounding Black Forest valleys. In Gersbach there is a beautiful and informative cattle trail that gives an insight into the örtlliche agriculture. In addition Gersbach has with the "Cheese-chuchi" own dairy. Gersbach is also called the golden village, this place has a lot of prizes in the competition "Our village is beautiful" won. There are good accommodations in hotels, boarding houses or apartments, as they are typical throughout the Black Forest. It is worth visiting the Wehratalschlucht, which is nearby. Hikers can walk along the gorge trail through this wild and romantic gorge. Otherwise, it is not far to Basel or Zurich or to the Rhine. Also mountains as the Feldberg Ballon d'or are close and lure hikers to extended tours.

The Goldorf Gersbach is one of the most beautiful villages in the southern Black Forest. On a clear day you can see the Alps. It has already won four times the price "Our village is beautiful". There are beautiful hiking trails, without much slope. Numerous taverns, where you can exquisite dining are also vorhanen. The village is dominated by the typical Black Forest houses. Here you really feel comfortable, as idyllic.
