Hooksiel is a coastal town that lives mainly from tourism. Worth seeing is the old village and the old Sielhafen on Hooksieler deep, which flows into the sea hooks. Here you can go boating and there is a water-plant. The Hooksmeer is also suitable for surfing; a surf school is available. Hooksiel has a very nice sandy beach about 4 km in length. In bad weather, the sea water swimming pool is ideal for swimming and sauna.

Hooksiel is a former fishing village, now more seaside resort. May highlight of Hooksiel you have a long beach, the indoor wave pool and especially the Shell Museum, with thousands of different seashells from around the world. In, caused by landfill Hooksmeer, there is a surf school, a water ski lift and a training center of the German Sailing Association. Near here a trotting race track. After the city of Wilhelmshaven and the interesting town of Jever it is not far. Stay you, your employees and families healthy. Sincerely, William Gänßler

Hooksiel is definitely worth a trip. We like there particularly well with the historic harbor and quaint narrow streets. The wide sandy beach is ideal for a holiday with children. Hooksiel conveniently located near Wilhelmshaven and the other seaside resorts such as SCHILLIG.
