- Ladenburg's bustling old town (Roman city) with timbered houses, cobbled streets and many nice street cafes. Recommended the "Old Town Festival" usually always on the 2nd weekend of September and the store's Christmas market - Carl-Benz city with the oldest Garage, Benz Park and Museum of the Automobile - Neckar meadow and green ring (many events), Neckar beach. Recommended here the dragon boat race in July, Classical river and "balloon glow". Ferry to Neckarhausen and large outdoor pool. The close proximity and easy access to the cities of Heidelberg and Mannheim and Weinheim make Ladenburg particularly attractive. Seasonal Neckar boat trips from Ladenburg.
