6-day cycle race in Bremen

Even if you are not the biggest cycling enthusiast, this event is sure to please as it has the atmosphere of any great sport championship and provides other entertainment in addition to the races. The renowned 6—day cycle race is hosted in the seaport Bremen (Bremen vacation rentals | Bremen travel guide) at the AWD Dome every year.
The sports event usually attracts over 125,000 spectators, who come together to watch a group of top international cyclists fight for fame and glory. With a beer in one hand and a hot dog in the other, you can enjoy breakneck races unfold before your very eyes.
But the fun does not stop there. In addition to the races, there is a whole host of music and entertainment at the event as well. As the highlight of the opening ceremony a different sports celebrity kicks off the first race every year. Additionally you can relax in between the races and have some fun enjoying the various musical and comedy performances in several halls at the AWD Dome.
