at the 2008/09 Parkscout Awards and truly is one of the greatest fun parks in Europe.
Deep in Africa
await you sand—colored towers, a mini—rainforest, exotic food, a buzzing bazaar and one of the most exciting roller coasters you could imagine: the Black Mamba.
In Mexico
you can sing and dance with the mariachis, explore the legends of the mighty Aztecs, get an idea of the excitement of the American gold rush by climbing through silver mines in the Colorado Avenue or just enjoy the colorful and vibrant Mexican street life.
Mystery
takes you back to the Middle Ages. It is time to explore the Mystery Castle
, fight against evil knights, take a boat ride through its gloomy catacombs or test your own courage bungee jumping from the rooftop of the more than 200 feet high castle.
The Fantasy World
is run by the Wuze, a long—forgotten tribe that has build its kingdom Baumbergen at the shores of the Moon Lake. The tribe’s warrior queen Winja challenges you to a number of breakneck adventures.
China Town
is a place that will blow your mind. It’s an impressive replica of traditional China with beautiful gardens, tranquil temples and grand palaces. You can gorge on sweet Chinese delights while you watch acrobats from the Far East demonstrate their unbelievable skills.
Old Berlin
takes you back about a hundred years. This fantasy town has nothing in common with today’s hectic metropolis but exudes the charm of the good old days. Kids have a chance to take a look at this quaint town from above by joining Bolle’s flying school and taking a ride in a zeppelin or getting on the spectacular Ferris wheel. Old Berlin
is also the home of the largest two—storey steam carousel in Europe.
Phantasialand is open all year, so there is no excuse not to visit this wonderful place while in Germany
