If you’re into Shopping: The Forum in Wetzlar is the biggest inner-city shopping mall in middle Hesse (Mittelhessen.) It comprises over 110 shops, offering a broad mix of shopping opportunities, along with restaurants and grocery shops.

It is conveniently located at highway B-49, close to the Wetzlar train station, approximately 10 minutes from our apartment.

Parking

There is a huge parking structure attached, with relatively low rates (first hour is free). You get a parking ticket when you enter, and when you buy something inside let the cashier stamp your ticket. This gives you an extra free hour of parking.

By car:

You can reach the FORUM Wetzlar most directly on the B 49, exit "Garbenheim". In Wetzlar, follow the signs to notice, "City", then direction "FORUM / ARENA".

By bus:

The central bus station is located directly next to the FORUM Wetzlar. All bus routes stop here.

By train:

The FORUM Wetzlar is located directly opposite the railway station Wetzlar.
