The Braunfels Wildpark features local animals (about 100 animals of 3 species, mostly deers and wild boars) on over 50 acres. Entrance is at Gaststätte Forsthaus Tiergarten. Walk the trails all year long. This Braunfels attraction is great for kids since you can see the animals.

Petting and feeding the animals is not allowed. Dogs are not permitted.

There are informative feeding talks so you can learn more about the local wildlife.

After the visit at the Braunfels Wildpark, enjoy dinner or coffee in the nearby restaurant / beer garden Gaststätte Forsthaus Tiergarten, or visit Braunfels (Braunfels vacation rentals | Braunfels travel guide).
