Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Score chestnut shell on rounded side to allow venting and facilitate peeling
  • Add bowl of water to oven
  • Roast chestnuts on a sheet for 30-40 min
  • Let rest for 10 min

Best combined with "Glühwein" (mulled wine)!
