Here is Schobek's Feedback:
Supposed to be new but everything is old
The apartment is spacious.
The bathroom has no shower and no shower curtain around the bathtub, so that one has to swipe the floor of water regularly. Hot water is either scalding hot or freezing, hardly ever in between, so one will have to suddenly jump – which isn’t recommendable in a bathtub without anti-slip mats. Even after a visit from a worker, that problem persists; not as badly, but still bad enough.
The kitchen works, except for the coffee maker. We got a manual one as replacement. Remains from the last visitor had to be cleaned out or their dishes washed first. The glasses look old and much-used; the cutlery is partly falling apart.
There were 6 beds, all of them single and impossible to combine into a double, as they are all different.
There was an old TV in every room, but none of them connected. Only the one in the living room, but for that we had no functional remote, although there was a whole collection of remotes.
The lightbulbs fell out of the lamps. We never got to know Mr. Bruno, only his friend who brought and collected the key. He was not reachable by phone, either, but only called back or sent a mail.
Why they did not want a dog in the apartment is beyond me; the floor can be wiped clean and the old beds and furniture and used leather corner seating can’t be a problem.
