Here is Peter's Feedback:

Beat all expectations!
First time stay in this apartment. Plenty of space for four and tastefully maintained - worst item was a loose curtain pole in the main room. Kitchen well fitted out and clean. All the utilities are there and working. Bedrooms are more than adequate, I double bed (separate memory foam mattresses and quits were a godsend) and 2x singles with a spare foldaway bed if required. Property is much larger looking then the pholo's show.↵↵As this apartment is lower then the other one in the building, the noise pollution from the station is much less. ↵↵All local amenities are close with a very handy Pizza store around the corner.↵↵All in all a winner..

What I liked best: The family rooms are super

What I liked least: Stairs again but less of them this time.
